Terms of Service

Creator Teleprompter is operated by Iago Favaro, registered with the Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) under number 56.295.374/0001-36, reachable at the email address at the bottom of this page.

The service is a teleprompter that works inside your browser: you paste your script, the text follows the sound of your voice as you speak, and you can record video using your own device's camera with the script on top.

It is not a video editing, hosting or publishing service. The video you record is saved by you, on your device.

To use the service you need an account with a valid email address, or you can sign in with your Google account.

You must be 18 or older, or use the service under the responsibility of whoever is legally responsible for you.

Your password is your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, write to us so we can lock it.

One account belongs to one person. Sharing paid access with other people is not allowed.

Every new account can start a 2-day trial with the complete product — no credit card, no reduced version.

The trial is once per person. Creating new accounts to repeat it is not allowed.

When the 2 days end, access to paid features stops until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial, because we never asked for a card to begin with.

Current prices and available plans are shown on the plans page inside the service. They can change, and the price that applies to you is the one on screen at the moment you purchase.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive, see or store your card number — only a customer identifier Stripe gives us so we know which subscription is yours.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel.

The lifetime plan is a single payment and grants access for as long as the service exists, including what we ship later. If the service is ever discontinued we will give at least 90 days' notice.

You can cancel whenever you want, from your account inside the service, without talking to anyone and without giving a reason.

When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no penalty and no exit fee.

Cancelling does not delete your account. If you want it deleted entirely, ask us by email.

You have 7 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund, for any reason, with no explanation needed.

Just write to the contact address from your account email. We refund to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 7 days, subscriptions are not refunded pro rata — but you can cancel at any time so you are not charged again.

Resell, sublicense or give paid access to third parties.

Work around plan limits, bypass payment, or create accounts in bulk to repeat the trial.

Attempt to break into, overload or scrape the service by automated means.

Use the service to produce illegal content, or content that violates someone else's rights.

If we find use like this we may suspend the account. We give notice first where we can; in cases of fraud or risk to others we may suspend immediately.

Everything you write and record stays yours. We claim no rights over your content.

Your scripts are saved in your own browser's storage, not on our servers. We have no way to read what you write.

The practical consequence: clearing browser data, switching devices or using a private window makes your scripts disappear, and we have no copy to restore. Use the app's export to back up anything that matters.

We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided as is. There may be downtime for maintenance, third-party failures or problems outside our control.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will email you first.

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes and we email you when the change is significant. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept it.

The service is a reading and recording tool. We do not guarantee audience results, commercial performance or the quality of the video you produce.

We are not liable for content lost through browser cleanup, device changes or your own equipment failing — precisely because we keep no copy of your scripts.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law.

Disputes are settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, as the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code requires.
